With over 45 years of combined experience, Benefits Communication Group has the know how to simplify how you administer your benefits.
Brandon Penko
CEO
Brandon has been involved in the benefits technology and enrollment space since 2003. He takes pride in helping others understand and simplify the way the manage their benefits enrollments. The culture he has installed at Benefits Communication Group has created a wonderful team and a happy work force that loves to please its clients. Brandon is originally from Denver, CO and now resides in Houston, TX where he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three sons.
Kevin Echols
President of Sales and Implementation
Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience attained over a 22 year career in the Employee Benefits sector.   During that time, Kevin has always considered himself to be a problem solver and an asset to his broker partners.  That philosophy is evident here at Benefits Communication Group.   Our sales philosophy has always been one focused on partnerships, relationships, and a strong desire to always find a solution for the issue at hand.  In addition to leading the sales team here at Benefits Communication Group, Kevin also plays a critical role in deploying our Client Strategy and Implementation processes.   Originally from Florida, Kevin now resides in Chicago, IL with his wife Stefanie and their three daughters.
Chad Williams
Regional Vice President of Sales
Chad joined the team in 2018 as Regional VP of Sales. Before Benefits Communication Group, Chad spent 20+ years in higher education, with the most recent role being multistate President overseeing all campus operations in AZ, CO, and NV. Helping students and their families successfully navigate enrollment and retention is what fueled Chad for over 2 decades in higher education. Chad now brings that same passion to Benefits Communication Group, helping organizations and their employees successfully navigate employee benefits enrollment and technology. Chad is a graduate of Argosy University, MBA and California State Fullerton, BA in Business Administration. Originally from the Denver area, Chad and his wife Stacey now reside in Scottsdale Arizona with their dog Charlie Bronco.
Allison Wise
Implementation
Allison Wise has 12+ years in the benefits enrollment and communication industry. She started her career immediately after graduating from the University of Texas. Allison has extensive knowledge of building and managing benefits administration platforms. Allison enjoys working with HR administrators to give them tools to manage their benefits with ease.
Justin Penko
Sr. Call Center Manager
Justin Penko has 5 years experience in managing call center software and staff. Justin works daily to monitor and improve our call center experience for your employees.
Mayra Perez
Director of Data
If you’ll ask Mayra Perez about what her prime quality is, she will say her analytical mind and leadership. But besides being a great leader as the data director at Benefits Communication Group, with over 7 years of experience and obtaining her certification and license from Rice University, Houston TX in Data Analytics she is the perfect fit and an amazing asset to the team. Having worked at Benefits Communication Group for 5 years now she knows all required system and security protocols to ensure clients data is transferred properly and correctly. Her specialty is in data exchange testing and validation by coding through various types of software. Mayra is extremely passionate about scripting and automation of processes to meet deadlines and minimizing human error. Outside the office, you can find Mayra spending quality time with her family and at the gym and keeping things clean as she does in her digital world.
Jessica Nard
Director Of Account Management
If you’ll ask Jessica Nard about what her prime quality is, she will say leadership. But besides being a great leader, she is also good with communication, making her an impressive director of account management. Her five years of experience can attest to her professionalism and effectiveness as a director in dealing with customer needs, managing employee benefits, and ensuring smooth operations for clients.  Jessica is originally from Germany where she obtained her Masters in psychology and early childhood development. She has previously worked in customer service leadership roles that all provided her with the experience that now ensures all client’s needs are taken care of. Her certification for FMLA management makes her an asset to our clients HRs.Outside the office, you can find Jessica spending quality time with her children and at the gym.
Clint Goocher
Director of Call Center Development
Professional athletes learn many meta skills.  Teamwork, grit, dedication, coachability, adaptability, and the ability and willingness to overcome obstacles to name a few.  As a former professional baseball player with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Clint has taken these meta skills and directly applied them to communication and training at Benefits Communication Group.
Hi, I’m Clint. I have one focus here. That is to better the life of every individual that our counselors speak with.  I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to do that each day.  
Every individual has their own unique set of challenges.  Navigating Employee Benefits shouldn’t be one of them.  My job is to ensure that our counselors are not only knowledgeable about all plan offerings, but also that they are able to effectively communicate these plans to your employees.  Our goal is for all employees to say, “That was a great experience, AND I actually learned something about my benefits.”
