Call Center

Benefits Communication Group shares a very different philosophy when it comes to how best to operate a call center. While there are certainly more economical models, we believe in focusing on the employee experience. That experience starts and stops with convenience, accessibility, and proper education.

In order to receive proper education and guidance, the employee must be engaged and want to hear what you are saying. For all of these reasons, we offer a fully functional inbound call centers without the need to schedule appointments. In our experience, over 50% of scheduled phone calls are rescheduled at least once, sometimes more. Those that do not reschedule, quite often find themselves wishing they did.
